I wasn't annoyed with the care I received,as MH can be a delicate and troublesome time for many people. However I self admitted myself as I was distressed to say the least. On my discharge I was given this piece of card to rate and review the service. I found it very distaceful too ask a patient to do this when they're not coping very well, it's the last thing on there/ My mind...!!! And more too the point staff should know they're performing at an acceptable level. Not to ask patients to do this. It seems to me we live in a world where people are more concerned with Likes, thumbs up ratings. You know the ones you get on a social media account or voting on a reality show...!!!

Staff were really nice and kind. Mel was really lucky and took time to listen to me when I was really low.

During my short staff doctors and all the staff have been so kind and caring. Nothing too much trouble.
