After an initial administrative misunderstanding, I was given a fast appointment at the Fracture Clinic at Barnet Hospital, Wellhouse Lane. X-rays, taken at Finchley Memorial Hospital, had been passed to clinicians there. I was anxious to hear if the x-rays revealed any fractures or if it was safe to walk on the sprained ankle which was still painful at times. I was seen and examined within half an hour of my (early) arrival at the Fracture Clinic. I was very satisfied with the examination, verdict and ankle support given to me. And with how quickly I had been seen. Staff at the clinic were courteous and efficient. I had no fault to find and therefore no suggestions as to how the service could be made better.
