On behalf of the Michael Kitchener’s family - The staff on Palm ward were unbelievably wonderful, whenever we thanked them, they said that they were doing their job, but they were doing far far more than that.
The Registrar (Dr Bentley) always made himself available, listened to us and gave kind clear advice.
We could not have hoped for better care in our loved one’s final days.
