The hospital is clean & tidy & all of the staff that dealt with me from the reception desk through to the specialist were extremely courteous. My only gripe would be the lack of clarity with regard to the disabled car parking. The fact that you have to register with reception when using the disabled bays is not prominent enough either in the car park or as you walk into the hospital main entrance. The fine for not doing this is draconian & I would not be happy being penalised for this when parking & displaying my blue badge as usual in good faith. A large warning sign as you park & when you come into main reception would alleviate this problem.
