The priority of the doctors was to get you out of the ward asap. No TLC
Very little feedback from the medics / consultant
I do not have confidence to leave my elderly mother in their care
On one occasion penicillin prescribed even though allergy to penicillin was described in the notes and red wrist band was worn
On another occasion the discharge summary for another patient copied and pasted incorrectly - vary scary, talked about oesophageal cancer, end of life etc when the actual admission was for a urine infection
