I was very scared before my appointment to change my IUD. The kind nurse I met alllayed my fears. She treated me with respect and dignity. I was made very comfortable throughout the procedure. She is so caring and compassionate. I would not normally give a review but I have to do this because I felt really good after my appointment.
I have forgotten her name, but my appointment was around 12:20 in Room 7. She is Nigerian.

Seen quickly after checking in.

The lovely lady I saw was friendly and welcoming. She made me feel at ease. I was called into the consultation room quite quickly and the whole process was dealt with really well

Dr Alvares was very welcoming the moment she called my name. She asked me how I was feeling and I explained everything to her. She listened carefully and cleared out all the doubts I had. She was very sweet from the start till the very end. I was comfortable with her in all aspects. If I ever have to come back I would love to get her only.
