I’m a young parent who struggles with childcare. It’s very hard for me to manage time with work and being a parent - i finally managed to get an appointment and come in to get myself checked and I feel I was refused care due to that. I wasn’t able to get a physical examination even though the small room was across where I got my blood taken and I had my son on youtube to keep him distracted. I don’t feel I should be told whether I can receive care with my child being present or not.

To not prevent care from parents who cannot afford childcare.

Kindly improve appointment system as I was struggling to get appointment since couple of months.

I have a long term condition that is managed through the team here. They are truly remarkable, compassionate and yet firm, thorough and yet considerate. A great model of a local community hospital. I must add, this includes support staff, the experts who contribute to the care and those who volunteer their support. A gem.
