The nurse had a very soothing manner about her, while taking blood. I told her I didn't like needles and that my veins were deep. She was very reassuring and succeeded in getting blood on the 2nd attempt.

I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Very frustrating. Plus the results from the previous test weren't processed because of insufficient blood volume, so I had to retake the blood test again. Very annoying.

The clinic saw me as a walk in as I had symptoms of a sti. They all treated me exceptionally well and made me feel at ease.

I have used Barking Sexual Health more than once and I have always been treated very kindly, respectfully and I couldn't ask for any more. The staff and service are fantastic here compared to any other Sexual Health Centre. And I have seen the nurse Mandy twice now. She is without a doubt, the greatest. She is so kind, down to earth and honest. A very wonderful person. Visiting a sexual health centre is not ideal, especially for treatment, it can be rather embarrassing. But Mandy makes you feel so comfortable and she is so helpful, but professional and friendly. But all the staff are fantastic here in their own right and do anything to make your visit easy and friendly.

Appointments are not easy to get. Which can be difficult especially when you need treatment. But no other complaints at all. Once you're in there everything is great.

Dr Bukky was very kind and professional. Patient care was top notch. Healthcare assistant was nice with words of assurance throughout the procedure. The procedure was well explained. I will recommend Barking Hospital 100 times.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my visit and the service provided by the team! Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The hospital was well kept and clean, and bigger than I expected. The nurse who carried out my procedure was super helpful and knowledgeable. I think it’s a really really great touch that free sexual heath screenings are offered to every patient during the visit as well.. amazing! No complaints at all :)

The toilet did smell quite bad, but no concerns with the actual service provided :)

The Dr was highly professional and understanding. She made me feel comfortable and she allowed me to express myself to explain the situation properly, before taking any action, or providing any explanations.

Preciously, I have been told by a practitioner named Vera that I am not allowed to bring my partner with me to my appointment. I believe that my partner ought to be allowed to come and observe the treatments I have received.
