I would like to specially mention Jane who was absolutely fabulous. Answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and very kind and caring.

Suggested improvements
Waiting times are ridiculously long and you have no information on when you will be called. Would be useful to know or be able to ask if you have more than half an hour so you can go for a walk outside for a bit and come back without being scared you will miss your call. Other than that, all good.
