NHS staff are under so much pressure and still deliver world class care.
Suggested improvements
Earlier meetings, so appointments are to time.
This said I am a stickler for being early and appreciate that staff may travel from far further than me.
And I’m glad I don’t have a bill at the end of it all.

I was treated very well and all my questions were answered and was given wonderful reassurance. I was given great advice and the service is greatly appreciated

This was my second attempt at getting an IUD coil, and I must say, the difference from a decade ago was astonishing. Back then, the whole experience was dreadful - excruciating pain, an overly long procedure, and eventually, my body rejected it within two months. After that, I avoided even considering this method of contraception. Naturally, I was quite anxious about this recent appointment, haunted by my previous negative encounters. However, my anxiety was alleviated by the nurse/midwife who attended. She was incredibly approachable, kind and knowledgeable. We talked extensively about my past experiences, and she patently addressed all my concerns with detailed explanations. The procedure was performed with utmost care and respect, making me feel completely at ease. I couldn’t have asked for more competent and experienced hands. To my pleasant surprise, the whole experience turned out to be far better than I had anticipated. I’m now positively impressed and relieved.

People are always so quick to complain but never compliment.

It was an exceptionally great experience. Doctor Charra (I’m not sure if I’m spelling it correctly) was one amazing human. She explained all the procedure step by step.
Couldn’t have asked for a better doctor to do my implant.
The nurse Rose was amazing too, extremely friendly and professional.
Would give 100 starts if I could.

Rose who looked after me went above and beyond we need more Roses
