The team at the hospital were always friendly, treated me well and gave me the information I required.
The only issue I had, was that there seemed to be some confusion with the admin around procedures I was having, in my case multiple X-rays over 4 weeks. Occasionally the details were not in the system when I arrived, dates incorrect. However, the team always sorted the issue and provided the service, in a polite & professional way.
