All staff were excellent and even went far and above their job spec i'm sure.
Hospital was clean and attention given was first class . I would thoroughly recommend ASHSTEAD hospital to any person needing treatment.
Mr Munaraju the Ophthalmologist in particular was first class as was the nursing and administrative staff.
ALL VERY CARING AND PROFESSIONAL and a credit to the medical profession.

Felt like a 5* hotel compared to other experience that was more like a youth hostel.
Slope down from upper car park could be better sign posted.

Thank you - from the lady at reception through to everyone on the team and the after care were amazing. I felt seen, heard abs cared for the whole time. Amazing people.

The Ashtead hospital were great at getting me seen at short notice and in for surgery on my collarbone within a week. Communication was great, as was the level of care before, during, and after surgery.

I was lucky enough as an NHS patient to attend what is probably known as a Private Hospital.
I was not treated any differently from paying patients.
Tha care was exceptional and to have a private room after my operation was great.

Excellent experience at Ashtead Hospital.
I was really impressed with the infection control measures in place and felt reassured that everything possible had been done to protect patients.
The Staff were friendly, kind and helpful.
Well done Sister Gill, you've got a lovely team.

Mr Petrarca and all the staff were so kind and understanding making me feel at ease.
The post operative care is amazing with follow up phone calls.
I would certainly recommend to future patients.

Both Mr Petrarca and Ashtead Hospital are worthy of high praise for their customer focus and delivery of patient care including follow up phone calls after the operations. Everyone I met at the hospital was professional, friendly and took time to introduce themselves and explain what they were about to do. The hospital supplied informative booklets about what to expect both pre and post cataract operation which I found very useful.
