All staff lovely, as always.
Making sure I was OK.
Asking questions to make sure,they're doing the night thing e.g any allergies.
Always friendly, chatty, offering drinks, food sometimes etc.

Personal, friendly care. The taken with each patient is good and everyone was well looked after. The new location isn't as comfortable as the previous room. It's a bit big and impersonal and quite dark. It would be improved by having the radio as we had upstairs.
