Vee explained everything very clearly and was very thorough. It was a pleasure to be treated by her. I don't think my care could have been improved.
Everything well explained by Lind Jam.
I would recommend Ashford Hospital's Tennyson unit (pre-operative assessment team), but I would also wash the person that the pre-operative assessment takes up several hours, (in my case 5 1/4 hours), and urge them to take their lunch with them to keep their strength up!
I was very impressed by Mary Wardle I was her last patient that day, but she did not rush or skip anything. She took great care for everything making sure every detail was covered. Thank you.
Very happy with my care, was explained very well, a lot to take in at once but was given leaflets to read.
Judith was wonderful. After so many appointments being helpless. Judith did an excellent job distracting my special needs daughter and at the same time assess her. You are a awesome Judith.
My father is 98 year old and in a wheelchair. It's appointment was at 3.00. It is now 5.30 and we have yet to be seen by the doctor. This is an unacceptable length of delay. There is no information about waiting times available without asking nurses.
My appointment is for 15.30. I am filling this form in at 17.15 and still waiting.
No communication from staff disgraceful treatment.
Now having to pay extra car park charges as appointment is running so late.
All helpful and friendly.
