Staff are all welcoming. Friendly yet extremely professional they take time to explain treatments, answer my questions= reassuring.
They are very empathetic (esp. Rebecca and Sylvie who dealt with me today) and took time to listen and reassure me when I got emotional talking about my past treatments!
