Sarah was very pleasant and listened to what I had to say. She asked relevant questions as a result of which she was able to diagnose my condition and agreed the theories I had about my bad back, in terms of age and lack of exercise, plus a recent operation which meant I had to lie in bed in a position unnatural to my sleeping pattern. She has sent me details of exercises that will help and gave good advice in terms of regularity and building them up at a sensible place. I have no qualms of contacting her again if, after a realistic g period of time, the situation has not improved. I have complete confidence in her.
