Different to a face to face appointment, but within the current pandemic, was more appropriate. The added advantages were that there were no petrol costs nor parking charges to worry about. So completing the appointment from home saved money. Due to the device I used (a desktop PC) the therapist, was unable to see me visually as I was requested to lay horizontally in order to execute an exercise.
