Blood testing checking caused a lot of confusion for many people whom did not have an appointment.
Especially for the elderly as it caused a lot of distressed.
One gentleman had appointment for 13:30!! At 4 pm he still had not been seen. A lot of confusion with the booking in system.
Better off with the old ticket numbers.:-)
