I'm not happy with the service I've received at all

Suggested improvements
I did not receive a reply to my email dated 5th August. So I called yesterday and asked why I hadn't had a reply. I wasn't able to be told nor was I able to be put through to the team who monitor the inbox, I was told someone would call me. During my telephone conversation I asked a number of questions regarding my treatment and it transpired that the long over due letter from my appointment on 5th July had NOT been sent out to either me or St. Georges hospital. Therefore, if I hadn't take the trouble to call you regarding my letter, it would still not have been sent out or dealt with! I was asked to call St Georges Hospital to chase them up. This is when I said you best check to see if you have actually sent the letter out in the first place. It was after my intervention that it transpired you hadn't sent it out! All I'm asking for is for someone to explain why this has happened, as I have sent email before without getting a reply, but to not have sent out important letters and for me to have to check up on you seems unreasonable.
