My appointment was 4.30 and I eventually left at 8.00 pm. The treatment was brilliant. That's all that matters really. The rest is a small price to pay. Very caring staff. Maybe save money not offering sandwiches. Just a hot drink would suffice. Very grateful to the eye ward.
