I was apprehensive about visiting due to Covid-19 but the hospital was marked out clearly of where to go with staff greeting you at the welcome area. I had a training sonographer alongside two other staff who were all very welcome and personable. They made me feel at ease and answered questions I had.
Suggested improvements
Only things to improve on would be to be clear about the next step awaiting results & the placement of gowns to show they are freshly laundered rather than in a pile on the side.
