Share review of Ashford Hospital

I have had a problem that has been going for over 1 year now and according to the people I spoke to there is nothing more they can do for me and but I still have acute pain and they don't seem interested in finding a solution. I last spoke to someone on 9th July and I was told I would receive a letter but 5 weeks later I'm still waiting.
