The reason I am filling in this form is twofold.
Firstly the good reason. The two gentleman in the mobile scan were excellent. They were kind, caring and treated me with great dignity.
Secondly the bad reason. The woman in reception for MRI inside was rude, unhelpful and could barely be bothered to lift her head to look to me from her mobile phone. My experience of her was dire lets MRI down.
