I have submitted a review about St Peters as this is where I was admitted originally with a top of femur fracture. Mr J Jacob operates I believe in Ashford where I was as a day case. I was seen checked and seen by his registrar. The operating staff made we feel at ease, not that I could do much about it!! So I was relaxed and when I came round was offered a drink and sandwich. The staff in the recovery room were funny and very caring. I did promise to take in cakes but have not been in that area since my recovery.
Everything in Ashford was very thorough and clean and staff helpful, and patient as many people were being attended to and operated on. Instructions were clear and made you feel safe. Covid tests were undertaken and checked. Personal details were checked.
