The lady I spoke with to organise my appointments was so caring and helpful. I’m sorry I don’t know her name, but she was really lovely.
As too was Kim who I had a virtual call with today. Despite being unable to offer me an appointment in person, due to lockdown, she offered plenty of advice & help & immediately followed this up with an email .
Very good service, thank you.
