The phlebotomist are always pleasant, caring and efficient. I am pleased with the new online booking facility because I have to use the hourly bus and the appointment system allows me to plan and book an appropriate time to fit in. As a warfarin user I am a regular visitor and what I have said covers a good few years. Congratulations Ashford.
