I would thoroughly recommend anyone who has undergone cardiac surgery to take part in the cardiac rehabilitation group sessions. They ease you in to exercise gently and the Liz, Angela and Michelle take time to listen to you answering any questions or worries you may have regarding getting back fitness.
My only criticism is of the building itself which is sadly crying out a revamp or rebuild
Thanks to all for your input into my journey back to fitness and my passion for cycling which I hope to resume very soon
