Prompt timekeeping ie called in on time.
Friendly, welcoming staff - receptionist and Dean.
Good information on hand exercises to take away.
- Clear, easy to follow.
Well timed follow-up to review progress.

Dean has a very positive 'can do' attitude which is motivational.
