The ladies running the sessions are informative, helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I was able to ask lots of questions that were important to me, and they were happy to assist.
Constant checking that exercises were being carried out in the correct way. I had to modify how I did same of them as it was causing issues.
Checking of progress, monitoring of heart rate and blood pressure, and adjusting levels accordingly helped me complete the program successfully.
I loved the relaxation sessions. I only had 3 - please do more!
Get new heart rate wall mounted monitors.

It was a good smooth and gradual build up to sustained exercise and better cardiac health.
Staff were very attentive and caring.
Would be good if you had a second treadmill.

Also clarity on the boundaries of what I can do/cannot do during rehab.
