The cardio rehab sessions, gave me confidence, as there was support and care every step of the way.
I looked forward to the sessions and the guidance. Hubby said how much I have improved over the last 6 weeks. A shame I have developed a knee and hip problem which I feel has hindered me from making even more progress.
A lovely team, and I will miss the friendships made.

The initial assessment and the way the programme was tailored to my physical abilities was carried out with. Care and attention. My progress was also monitored and adjusted to suit, during the programme.
A changing area adjacent to the gym would be useful.
