Appointment was very on time, all staff were caring considerate. Although most staff were not English I (with poor hearing) was able to understand and hear easily.
Lunch provided was more than adequate and more enjoyable than in a lot of cafes. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to this particular service or any other department here.
I was completely satisfied with all aspects of my visit-my thanks to everyone.
After however in app changed twice. I had en app got 3.00 was phoned at home could I came in earlier I said yes is 2.00 ok. Yes that was ok. At 2.45 still sitting in waiting room 21-3-19.

The care has been amazing my father-in-law couldn't ask for better service from the doctors to the receptionist.
