Even though my chemo was not ready when I arrived and it was my first cycle of treatment all the team were really helpful and although I was scared and nervous they talked me through the whole procedure which made me feel relaxed and they clearly told me what to do before my next visits.

The nurses are always friendly and made you feel welcome they really get to know you and do not treat you as a empty vessel passing through.
* Tea and biscuits. : )
* comfier 100 roll on IBD days.

My treatment is always explained to me avoiding any anxieties via friendly, humorous staff in a wonderful clean environment no improvement required regarding my care.

Nothing to be improved when you are getting looked after by the best.
The team are always looking after any of Mr needs, very fast and always ready to check us up.

Staff always remember your name/job/ hobbies and always check in/ ask questions which is nice. : )
Always check throughout how far feeling and if you need anything.
