Very good care, attention and especially medical care given. But still ward about the right leg as it is stone very pain.
pain relief - Tramadol made me very much sick but when I refused it, I wasn't given an alternative. It didn't mater so much as I was discharged after 48 hrs and was given an alternative drug to take home.
The whole time I was here the staff were helpful. Nothing was to much for them, very polite, always on hand to help you, can not fault anything on Dickens ward and if I have to come on ward, I would feel at ease straight away.
All the staff was lovely and happy.
The degree of care and attention given to me was awe inspiring and
each and everyone of the personnel gave me their utmost and courteous service, well above the call of duty.
Physios and nurses were all truly amazing. My deepest gratitude to them all.
Two years before I was treated for the same condition (UTI) I specifically requested to be put in the WORDSWORTH Ward as their care was such that I was also given the proper rehab treatment to return safely to my home.
Good care all round.
All very friendly & helpful.
I have to say how proficient the staff were. Always ready to help and always with a nice disposition. I almost felt sad to leave! No for improvements, in my opinion, 10/10 is the best score anyway.
Everything, the staff, their patience & kindness plus readiness to help you at all times.
