Informative exercise sheets and handmade finger bobs/ support loved the hot wax too! Hopefully a referral for some further help and pain/ swelling relief. (Poss further appointments/ injection for help with pain and swelling).

I have been extremely well looked after by Lynda Walker, who has been helping me with my physio exercises in supervised gym sessions. The sessions were really helpful and meant I was able to step up my training at home. Lynda is great; puts patients at ease, is full of helpful suggestions and creates a relaxed atmosphere.

Bad - Waiting for discharged to long winded.
