The Cardiac Rehab programme was very helpful and re-established confidence after the terrible shock and surprise of suffering a heart attack. Some of the procedures didn't suit me exactly but with the Rehab Team we worked around that. Lovely ladies, who really knew their stuff.

Weekly phone call to check on progress. I felt comfortable calling if i had a queey

Obviously face to face would gave been better but unavailable. The online talks not easy to view on an ipad.

I was apprehensive about visiting due to Covid-19 but the hospital was marked out clearly of where to go with staff greeting you at the welcome area. I had a training sonographer alongside two other staff who were all very welcome and personable. They made me feel at ease and answered questions I had.
Suggested improvements
Only things to improve on would be to be clear about the next step awaiting results & the placement of gowns to show they are freshly laundered rather than in a pile on the side.

Mr Imam is an excellent surgeon on all levels! The hand therapy team was brilliant, especially Sarah!

I have now "attended" three virtual (online) therapy sessions with Neha Endlay (Specialist Occupational Therapist) and have been extremely pleased with the progress I have made. Neha has demonstrated an excellent understanding of the difficulties I was experiencing (even through a remote video link) and has recommended various therapies to help in resolving the issues. These have all been very welcome and have made a difference. I cannot fault the attention to my specific case and the treatment/ therapy that has recommended. Thank you so much.

I had today my first physio appointment- telephone consultation.
An excellent service my my allocated physiotherapist- taken my history carefully/ full assessment of my abilities and concerns done.
Time keeping perfect and sent through my physiotherapy programme as discussed and matched to my situation.
Excellent care at the start all around. Thank you!
