I was recently admitted to Addenbrookes for emergency Pituitary surgery, I was made to feel calm even though at the point of admission I had lost my sight completely. The Surgeon, Consultants, Doctors and Nurses were the best. My stay after the surgery was pleasant and I was cared for extremely well.
