Addenbrookes is generally a great hospital with some very experienced, knowledgeable and kind staff but not every one goes beyond and above, some people at certain services, particularly receptionists, can be very rude. Most of the time is understaffed and services under pressure so is easy to wait several hours to be seen and for this reason, not always the best services is given.
