In March I had major surgery to remove a large brain tumour. The care and attention I received from all the staff was first rate and as an inpatient I cannot praise the hospital high enough. However as an outpatient I am experiencing a different side mainly I feel to ineffective administrative systems. I had a follow up MRI five weeks ago and despite leaving numerous messages on answerphones have still not received the results. As you can appreciate I have been in a state of anxiety ever since.
