Everyone was wonderfully caring, friendly and responsive particularly on a bank holiday weekend when you may have absented working. My dear father (93) got the best possible care, I feel. Thank you so much.

Extremely friendly, calm + professional. Felt as relaxed as possible given the situation. I was kept informed all the way and given really clear guidance before being discharged.
