My mother was discharged against our wishes to home and within 12 hours of discharge is looking at a second re admission As a hospital you refused to listen to our concerns and experiences on her recent again unsuccessful discharge She has suffered immensely as a result of your poor management and unwillingness to listen I wish to take this further

Everyone the therapy team, ward staff, caterers and others have been extremely kind, caring and professional. I want to emphasize that the ward staff have been brilliant at all times.

If I had a problem it was nearly always resolved given the pressure ok staff with staff shortages.

More staff been nursing and thoroughly which could hear to less pressure on existing staff.
