Absolutely superb service today. I walked in, was seen immediately and referred on the area concerned at the JRH. Nurses and doctors service was excellent and all very informative and a relaxing, much less intimidating environment than A and E. Thank you!

2. Good care and treatment.
3. No time wasting.
4. Clare responded attention to needs etc. (e.g Food and drink).
5. Confidence inspiring atmosphere.

Efficient, professional, but most of all caring and respectful care very impressive I cannot praise you enough. My mother- in- law immediately felt at home and said what a nice place this was I agree!

Excellent and caring attention from the moment I stepped in the door. Feeling very poorly at first but after two visits and treatment feeling a log better. I can't thank the staff and doctor enough.
