Today I spent 7 hours at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary A&E / Minor Injuries & I cannot praise the staff and care enough. I fell over and thought I had dislocated my knee but I had actually broken my kneecap. All the staff were wonderful even though they were all very busy, they made me feel valued and I felt very well looked after. All the parts of the hospital I saw were spotlessly clean, a big thank you to everyone involved in my care.
