Having been admitted as an emergency to the endocrine unit My condition was investigated thoroughly over a period of a week, I then was called back for a further week and even more tests were done in order to fine tune my treatment. This was in 2011 and ever since then I have regular 6 monthly blood tests and follow up consultations with the consultant. the treatment and after care that I have received from the endocrine unit has been first class. I also suffer from wet macular degeneration which was a terrifying diagnosis and treatment it the treatment and care that I have had from the eye clinic at ARI has also been superb and was unfaltering throughout lockdown. Five star treatment all round at ARI and I fail to understand anyone who claims otherwise.
