The lady was gentle and explained everything in all aspects asked us everything as the appointment went on she is a very polite person that made my mum so relaxed

Very pleasant and knowledgeable gentlemen. Took a lot of time to fit the wheelchair correctly and explain usage. I had a lot of questions about danger and risk of use and they were very understanding and reassuring.

V professional courteous , friendly ,patient. Gave clear explanations and consciously adjusted my wheelchair which has significantly improved my heart quality of life

Initially I was very unhappy with the service I received from the engineer that covers SL3 area. He doesn't have any care or passion for his job on both occassions he has come to me. On my latest visit from him he didn't even attempt or look at my wheelchair break to see if he could fix it he wasn't interested at all and left. After several phone calls from me luckily [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] came to me and were amazing. I couldn't of asked for a better service and [Name Removed] did actually manage to fix my break as he took the time and care it needed. So thank you [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] you were amazing!

Excellent understanding and technical competence in wheelchair Balance
