i have no negative things to say about this practice, i have been unfortunate enough to need the services of Ryan medical centre recently and i have been so pleased with how i have been treated. i have seen two doctors, Dr Sture and Dr Shah, and they have both been professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. they have explained things to me in a way i have understood and i left the surgery on both occasions feeling well informed and protected. when i have telephoned the practice to get an appointment i have been met with helpful and cheerful reception staff and have got an appointment every time with the doctor of my choice at a time to suit me. while waiting for my appointment in the reception area i can only describe the reception staff as approachable, friendly and professional, they do a hard job and i cannot fault them in the way they deal with every situation thrown at them. i would like to say a big thank you to The Ryan Medical Centre and all of its staff, doctors and nurses for doing a difficult job so brilliantly.
