When I called to see my 91 year old mother today ( Friday ) I was concerned by the return of a nasty sounding cough despite her having recently finished a course of Antibiotics. I called the surgery, spoke with the receptionist , who listened to my concerns and established that mother could be brought into the surgery, then arranged an appointment with the emergency GP for later that afternoon. On checking in we were called for straight away, seen very effectively by the GP and on our way out all before the allotted appointment time. This was superb service all round. Well done.

i have no negative things to say about this practice, i have been unfortunate enough to need the services of Ryan medical centre recently and i have been so pleased with how i have been treated. i have seen two doctors, Dr Sture and Dr Shah, and they have both been professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. they have explained things to me in a way i have understood and i left the surgery on both occasions feeling well informed and protected. when i have telephoned the practice to get an appointment i have been met with helpful and cheerful reception staff and have got an appointment every time with the doctor of my choice at a time to suit me. while waiting for my appointment in the reception area i can only describe the reception staff as approachable, friendly and professional, they do a hard job and i cannot fault them in the way they deal with every situation thrown at them. i would like to say a big thank you to The Ryan Medical Centre and all of its staff, doctors and nurses for doing a difficult job so brilliantly.
