Overall, the surgery is good, better than what it was interms of getting appointments and the way GP, receptionist see patients. There is still room for improvement.
Suggested improvements
Try and get blood test done in the surgery instead of telling patients to far.

One of our phlebotomist (blood sample takers) had left but we have now got replacement staff, so we hope to be able to provide more blood tests at the practice.
