The trial period of the surgery havinf extended opening is of a great support to my health needs , being able to access these services after working hours for non urgent support is greatly appreciated . In the past I have not sought medical advice as do not have options outside my working hours and the problems have become worse and then needed urgent attention at times needing to contact out of hours and the harmony service. The later opening hours are more beneficial to myself rather than Saturday opening.

Thank you for your positive feedback. At the time of writing this response, we are currently offering late evening appointments on Thursdays. Our provision of such "extended hours" relates to NHS England contracts to provide this service, which is subject to future change. We also offer Online Consultations (via the practice website or NHS App) which can also be helpful option to consider. Best regards, Yeading Medical Centre
