Called multiple times to get appointments. English receptionist is extremely rude. I called for an energency appointment due to paramedics being at my house advising me to, cant get aby appointments today as ive called too late and that i should call at 8am the receptionist shouted! However when you call at 8am it says 'the surgery is now closed' i called at 9am and there was no answer!
