Unfortunately my write up is a negative one. After failing to hear about a blood test I needed the doctors to look at and advise me on a new dose of my regular medication, I had not heard still 5 weeks later, I then called and the receptionist Jan was so so rude. When calling and explaining the situation she butted in and cut me off half way through to ask me my name, I then continued before telling her my name but clearly she didn’t listen. She actually told me what new dosage I should be on (whilst this had NOT been revised by the doctor) so I therefore would of taken her word for it as she “read it from my notes”. I then get a text message saying that was wrong as that was dated back to may 2022… why on the 9th jan 2023 I’d be phoning about a blood test from 8 months ago I do not know, and I explained the blood test was from the December like I stated!!!! But again she didn’t listen. This then resulted in another phone call with dispensary who was equally as rude. It’s as if it was all my fault, and to note I’m pregnant and the medication is important to mine and my baby’s health. How about only get doctors to give out medical advise and listen! Sort out client care and the way people are spoken too!

Get a new receptionist.
